Perishable items — no-answer policy

We don't leave milk, eggs, dairy or fresh produce on doorsteps. Atlanta heat makes food unsafe within minutes, and we'd rather hand it to you than risk it.

If nobody answers, our driver will:

1. Knock or ring, then call and text the number on your order
2. Wait 5 minutes
3. Return perishables to the store and place them in refrigeration

Your order will then be held for store pickup for 24 hours. Bring your order number to 439 Edgewood Ave SE. Non-perishable items will be left at your door as normal, with a photo sent to you.

Perishables not collected within 24 hours must be discarded for safety reasons and cannot be refunded.

To avoid this: make sure your phone number is correct at checkout, add gate or buzzer codes in the delivery notes, and pick a window when someone will be home.
